The Presser Law Firm, P.A. is seeking a professional, organized, and energetic Receptionist / Client Services Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our boutique Asset Protection and Estate Planning practice. This role is a critical component of our client experience, requiring a polished professional who values procedural consistency, hospitality, and administrative precision.

We serve a sophisticated clientele of high-net-worth business owners. Therefore, every communication, document, and interaction must reflect the firm’s commitment to precision and high-standard service.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Front Desk & Client Experience: Greet visitors and manage incoming inquiries with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Scheduling & Intake Mastery: Coordinate attorney appointments and track client intakes across CRM systems (Zoho) and Excel tracking reports.
  • Meeting & Conference Coordination: Manage conference room logistics, including setup, refreshments, materials, and virtual meeting (Zoom) support.
  • Mail & Office Administration: Process all incoming/outgoing mail (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and maintain meticulously organized office supply inventories.
  • Operational Support: Assist with scanning, filing, data entry, and proactive problem-solving to ensure firm procedures are followed consistently.
