Job Title: Computer Systems Analysts

Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Provide functional leadership and support for enterprise payroll and human capital management systems, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
  2. Analyze, configure, test, and maintain ERP system functionality, workflows, security controls, and batch processing activities.
  3. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and resolve production issues.
  4. Support compliance, audit activities, reporting requirements, and process improvement initiatives across enterprise systems.
  5. Develop strategic roadmaps, documentation, training materials, and executive-level communications to support system operations and modernization efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

8+ years of experience in ERP functional support, payroll systems, human capital management (HCM), enterprise application administration, or business systems analysis.

Technical Skills

ERP Systems, Payroll Systems, HCM Applications, System Configuration, SQL, Business Intelligence Reporting, Workflow Management, Security Administration, Batch Processing, Application Support, Data Analysis, System Integration, IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Reporting, Production Support.
