Description

We are excited for the opportunity to bring aboard highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our teams. Currently, we are seeking a Network & Computer Systems Administrator - Intermediate. This role supports our Navy customer in Lexington Park, MD.
Experience required: Windows admin with Linux aptitude; Windows Server (required); AD (required); Windows Desktop (required); Linux (required); Desired skillset: VMware (desired) ; Rail (desired); Ansible (desired); Powershell (desired); Networking (desired)
Install, configure, and maintain an organization's local area network (LAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers. Perform System monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems. Review System and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups. Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access. Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses. May assist in network emulation/virtualization, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.

Basic Requirements: BS in Relevant Discipline and 3+ years of Experience. Degree can be substituted with the one of the following Certs: CompTIA Cloud+ ; CompTIA Security+ ; GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) ; GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) ; Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)

Education Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred.

Security Clearance: Top Secret SAP/SCI (must be a US Citizen).

Tele-work and Travel: On-site.

Contract: This position is supporting an active, funded contract.
