Responsibilities
  • Deliver onsite and remote technical support, responding quickly to customer issues
  • Ensure reliable system performance by diagnosing and resolving system and network issues
  • Support the full lifecycle of complex patient monitoring and IT infrastructure solutions
  • Apply understanding of customer environments to optimize system implementations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges using approved tools and methodologies
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of system configurations and support procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Continuously build technical expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing efforts
Requirements
  • 2.5+ years of professional working experience in IT services or related technical environments
  • Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators highly preferred
  • Foundational understanding of IT systems and networking concepts
  • Technical troubleshooting skills
  • Computer networking certification preferred (e.g. CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
  • Associate degree in computer science, biomedical, engineering, or related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
