Job description

Internet Service Provider located in Fresno California is looking for a Network Technician candidate who wants to learn and grow in the networking environment. The candidate will support and maintain our client's network environment. This includes travel, installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading networking hardware and equipment to ensure network performance. Cisco routing and switching knowledge are needed. Excellent customer service skills are a must. The ideal candidate should be able to grasp new concepts and develop new skills and easily adapt to the changing IT environment.

Requires working from our Fresno Office

Qualifications:

Minimum

  • High School Diploma, GED or related experience
  • 2 years of experience in a related field (e.g. technical support, installation, maintenance)
  • Working knowledge of IP, Ethernet, Cisco, Adva Optical Networking
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with the team throughout the organization
  • Valid local State Driver’s License and driving record that meets company standards.
