• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, utilizing comprehensive evaluation tools and methodologies.
• Create customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring each client receives personalized care.
• Deliver high-quality therapy services employing diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client preferences and goals.
• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting therapeutic strategies as necessary and engaging in regular check-ins to support ongoing growth.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards for confidentiality and record-keeping.

This role will involve working with a diverse array of clients seeking help for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will support individuals from various backgrounds and demographics, ensuring a culturally sensitive approach that respects and acknowledges each client’s unique experience and challenges.

• Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• A relevant master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport and therapeutic connections in a virtual setting.
• Strong organizational abilities and a commitment to managing time efficiently while navigating multiple cases and documentation requirements.

• Proven ability to work independently while remaining supported within a structured network.
