• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for new clients to determine their unique mental health needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's situation.
• Facilitate weekly therapy sessions through secure virtual platforms, adapting therapeutic approaches based on real-time client feedback.
• Implement a range of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices aligned with the client’s goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation of treatment sessions, progress notes, and any amendments to treatment plans in accordance with ethical guidelines.

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, relationship difficulties, and more. This role requires a nuanced understanding of various mental health conditions and a commitment to providing culturally competent care.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the creation of strong therapeutic alliances with clients in a remote setting.

• Prior experience in delivering remote therapy services preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• A proven track record of effective client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, based on your level of experience and client caseload. Additional benefits include:
