Sondermind Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Counselor to provide high-quality, remote therapy services to our clients. As a member of Sondermind's therapist network, you will work in a fully remote setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from your preferred location. Our platform facilitates secure and seamless interactions with clients while providing you with the tools necessary for effective therapy. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients, identifying their mental health needs and formulating personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize secure virtual platforms to deliver evidence-based therapy services, tailoring the approach to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client.
• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their treatment process.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or mindfulness practices, based on the client's unique situation.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of therapy sessions and track client progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will play a vital role in creating a safe space where they can express their thoughts and feelings openly.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; however, a Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients through virtual platforms.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and understanding in working with clients from various backgrounds.
• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to handle remote therapy sessions and related documentation effectively.

• Prior experience providing therapy services in an outpatient, remote, or online setting is a plus.
• Experience using teletherapy platforms or electronic health record systems will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus for licensed therapists who join our team. Additionally, you will receive:
