Brightview Recovery and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, including professionals with LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent credentials. This role is 100% remote, allowing flexibility in working hours that can adapt to your lifestyle. Our counselors work virtually, receiving robust support from our administrative team, allowing them to focus solely on patient care. • Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring ethical and compassionate care for each client.
• Utilize evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic modalities to address individual client needs effectively.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique experiences and goals of your clients.
• Guide clients in gaining insights into their emotions, relationships, and personal experiences, fostering personal growth and coping strategies.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults facing varied mental health challenges. These clients may exhibit anxiety, mild depression, or adjustment issues that benefit from supportive counseling, aimed at skill development and improving their overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state-issued mental health counseling license, enabling independent practice. Accepted credentials include LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist.
• No provisional or limited license, and no history of disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency in using technology for virtual counseling, including a reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities, as well as a stable internet connection.

• Prior experience in a virtual counseling setting is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and modalities will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

• Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and working hours.
