    • Position Summary
    • Temporary hourly-intermittent Work Study Student Assistant positions available in Information Technology (IT).
    • Start Date
    • Positions available on or after September 3, 2026 and ending on or before May 21, 2027. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.
    • Job Description/Duties
    • Duties include but are not limited to:
      • Monitor computer lab usage.
      • Assist students with computer-related and/or technical questions.
      • Troubleshoot software/hardware issues.
      • Keep computer labs clean and organized.
      • Monitor paper and toner supply.
      • Other duties as assigned.
    • Qualifications
    • Preferred Qualifications:
      • Experience with computer software/ hardware usage.
      • Experience with computer software/hardware troubleshooting.
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
      • Advanced technical background/proficiency a plus.
      • Good interpersonal skills
      • Experience with Zoom video conferencing.

      Required Qualifications:
      • Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
      • Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
      • Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.
