Job description

Embroidery Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

Location: Largo, FL
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
• Operate multi-head computerized embroidery machines
• Retrieve artwork and manage orders using computer systems
• Upload digitized files into embroidery machines
• Select correct logo placement and rotation
• Input thread color sequences accurately
• Hoop items properly to ensure straight and consistent placement
• Monitor production to ensure quality and accuracy
• Make machine adjustments (tension, needles, bobbins, etc.)
• Follow all safety procedures, including sharps safety
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production quotas
• Ability to follow written instructions and communicate with team leads
• Embroidery or printing experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills preferred
