Job description

The SALES ASSOCIATE position is a full-time, on-site position. Salary structure is both hourly base plus commission. YOU determine the amount of commission you earn based on the number of machines you sell. We are looking for a highly-driven professional sales person with excellent customer engagement skills and follow-up. We offer great employee discounts, and a benefit program (health insurance, 401-K matching and paid time off).

A successful candidate will have the following skillset:

  • Professional sales experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Friendly and personable customer-service experience and follow-up skills
  • Sewing knowledge is strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication / grammar skills required - will be speaking with customers in-person, over the phone and through email
  • Ability to work well in a group as well as independently
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to lift large machine boxes and other equipment daily
  • Computer & Microsoft Office proficiency - Outlook, Excel, and Point-of-Sale systems (POS)
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
