- Experience developing computer-based training (CBT) materials
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Windchill PLM or similar enterprise system training experience
- Experience supporting global users across multiple time zones
- Creative and interactive training delivery techniques
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and deliver end-user training programs for the Windchill PLM system
- Create high-quality training materials in multiple formats (instructor-led, virtual, self-paced)
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical content into user-friendly training
- Manage training materials including version control and change management
- Conduct online and instructor-led training sessions for system users
- Continuously improve training content based on feedback and system updates
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of training or education experience
- Proven experience developing and delivering application training
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Captivate and MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Flexibility to work across cultures and time zones in a global organization
