Job description

Core Government Services is seeking an experienced educational director to serve as our Alternate Program Manager (PM), who will provide support to the US Army Installation Command (IMCOM) Army Continuing Education System (ACES). Essential Functions:The Alternate Program Manager (APM) will assist the Program Manger (PM) in execution of all contract tasks including our quality control program. Our APM will be the Government's alternate point of contact.Our APM will assist the PM in maintaining professionally trained and qualified employees and substitute personnel to meet the service educational requirements at locations inside the Continental United States (CONUS) and outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).The APM will provide management services to provide effective and timely coordination, quality of performance and work, and management of all work required under this contract. The APM will assist the PM in successful accomplishment of all deliverables and other terms of this contract. Requirements:Applicants must have at least five (5) years of successful leadership experience as an educational director or program manager providing adult educational services within the last five (5) years.Applicant must have a Master's degree from a college or university that is accredited by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. We prefer a PM with a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree.Our APM must successfully complete all initial mandated Government training and renew certifications annually according to Government policies.
