Summary

Responsible for answering and directing callers in a polite and friendly manner. This position may provide a variety of administrative support to the one or multiple divisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
  • Provide callers with information and answer basic questions.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
  • Retrieve messages from voice mail and forward to appropriate personnel.
  • May sort and distribute mail.
  • Operate standard office equipment, including fax machine, copy machine, and computer.
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, as required to support the division(s).

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma and two or more years related experience. Requires strong phone skills, high level of customer service.

Computer Skills

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
