The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Part-Time Evening Dispatcher to support our service operations during our busiest evening hours.
This position is ideal for someone who can confidently prioritize incoming service calls, make quick decisions, and ensure the right technician is dispatched to the right customer at the right time. You'll serve as a critical communication hub between our customers, technicians, and leadership team while helping deliver an outstanding customer experience.

  • 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM CST
  • Evening Shift
  • Remote position for residents of Florida or Alabama
What You'll Do
  • Evaluate incoming service calls and prioritize them based on urgency.
  • Dispatch the appropriate technician using ServiceTitan.
  • Communicate accurate job details and updates to field technicians.
  • Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Keep customers informed of technician arrival times and service updates.
  • Document and manage service calls within ServiceTitan.
  • Coordinate communication between Customer Service Representatives, technicians, and management.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch records and notes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • Must reside in Florida or Alabama.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on ServiceTitan experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of home service dispatching experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong computer and technology skills.
