Job Summary

Functions as a PACS Super User and is responsible for assisting the Radiologist and coworkers in the utilization of the PACS, RIS and the Radiologists reading system/Clario. Will have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to the PACS, RIS, and Clario reading system to assist the Radiologists. Has the ability to understand and work with Image archiving, troubleshooting Imaging System (PACS). Has working knowledge of Radiology Records for imaging and reports. Assists the Radiologists with phone calls, WET READ results and Worklist management.


Required Qualifications

- Require four (4) years of experience in healthcare or a relevant industry.


Preferred Qualifications

- Prefer ability to meet and communicate with public in courteous and professional manner.
- Prefer demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Prefer ability to handle difficult customers or situations.
- Prefer knowledge of Radiology Information System (RIS), as well as, commonly used computer applications in Radiology and other hospital-based systems.
- Prefer knowledge of medical terminology.
