Responsibilities
VMI Technician Team The VMI Technician resources will be responsible for maintaining accurate control of all hardware inventory in secured areas within the warehouse, ensuring the accuracy of inventory counts, reporting all hardware compliance concerns to Asset Management within 24 hours of identifying them, maintaining cleanliness of area and the organizational workflow of area, maintaining security access of area, and maintaining hardware stock levels and thresholds. Additionally, they will be responsible for checking in/out both new and refurbished PCs and peripherals, conducting an annual physical inventory of the warehouse, facilitating IT asset disposal, and repairing PCs and peripherals under manufacturer warranty.
