Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, user, and system requirements to support product and process improvements.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, and solution specifications.
  3. Facilitate requirements workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment across teams.
  4. Support testing activities, including test planning, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing.
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements while ensuring compliance with business, operational, and regulatory requirements.
     

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

5+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, requirements gathering, or process improvement initiatives.

Technical Skills
