Senior Systems Administrator

Summary

We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to support and maintain mission-critical IT systems in a dynamic government environment. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day operations across server, storage, network, client/server, and virtualized systems, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and help ensure secure, reliable, high-performing infrastructure.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with Windows and UNIX administration, VMware, Active Directory, DNS, SCCM, WSUS, SharePoint, and network troubleshooting, along with the ability to support both help desk and escalated technical issues. If you’re a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys delivering dependable IT solutions that make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.


Capabilities

  • Expertise in systems administration across complex Windows, UNIX, and virtualized environments
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical issues
  • Experience supporting server, storage, network, and client/server infrastructure
  • Proficiency with VMware virtualization and virtual environment management
  • Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, GPOs, SCCM, WSUS, and TCP/IP
  • Experience managing server configurations, access controls, and system performance optimization
