Job description

Job Description:
As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in configuring and assembling refurbished Dell and HPE servers to meet our diverse range of customers' specifications. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of server hardware, and the ability to provide ongoing technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and Assemble Servers: Carefully assemble servers according to specific customer requirements. This includes hardware installation, software configuration, and system testing
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure all servers meet our high-quality standards before dispatch
  • Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to customers, assisting with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of servers
  • Product Customization: Work closely with sales team to understand their solutions and customize products to their specific needs
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of server components and hardware inventory, ensuring availability and readiness for assembly
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, customer specifications, and technical configurations
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales and engineering teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction
  • Continual Learning: Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in server hardware and software

Required Experience and Skills:
