Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Windows Server Support Engineer with expertise in Windows Server administration, ServiceNow, Citrix, Azure Cloud, and application support. The ideal candidate will provide 24x7 platform support, troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure high availability of enterprise IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 24x7 support for Windows servers, applications, and enterprise platforms.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and uninstall enterprise applications.
  • Support Citrix, Windows Servers, and workstation environments.
  • Monitor application services and system health.
  • Manage user access, access groups, and application licensing.
  • Perform server upgrades, including Windows Server, Citrix, and .NET environments.
  • Support and troubleshoot Azure Cloud platform services.
  • Escalate issues to vendors and coordinate resolution.
  • Maintain technical documentation, reports, and ServiceNow tickets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required Skills

  • 6โ€“8 years of experience in Windows Server Administration.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow.
  • Experience supporting Windows Servers, Citrix, and workstations.
  • Hands-on experience with Application Installation, Configuration, Licensing, and Troubleshooting.
