Most hold or obtain the most current versions of the following certifications:
* CompTIA Server+
* Active Directory on Windows Server
* CompTIA Cloud+
* Mastering Group Policy on Windows Server
**Oklahoma residency required by start date**
Role
To play an active role in performing a variety of tasks supporting the VP of Network Operations. To maintain and manage the first and second tier help desk and support of all Credit Union systems. Attendance is an essential function of performing the duties of this job.

Provides first and second tier Help Desk support for all systems and acts as business owner of all Help Desk issues to ensure timely resolution.

Assists VP of Network Operations with network/server installs, troubleshooting and/or maintenance as needed.

Maintains ownership of at least 2 IT systems which includes updating, administration, and additional maintenance.

Assists with the support of SharePoint site and other Office 365 applications.

Coordinates with HR for on-boarding, off-boarding and job role changes for employees of the Credit Union.

Responsible for continuous upkeep of hardware and software inventories as well as license and warranty expiration cycles.
Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control, in addition to all company policies. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
