  • Work Schedule: 4x10, First Shift (Monโ€“Thurs), Telework <50% (in office Tuesโ€“Thurs)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:ย 

  • Ensure quality and reliability of components for complex weapon systems, supporting programs such as LTIAMD and PAC-3

  • Focus on electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical (EEE) components

  • Ensure products transitioning from development to production meet design, performance, and quality requirements

  • Evaluate design assurance activities to identify potential issues early

  • Implement production process methodology to maintain efficiency and quality

  • Address potential obstacles at the component, sub-assembly, and final assembly levels to ensure successful product transitions

Requirements:

  • Active Secret Clearance required

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent combined education/experience

  • Experience in electrical component failure analysis

  • Strong problem-solving skills, including Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Planning

  • Experience in microelectronics fabrication and testing or equivalent

  • Ability to develop and apply quality test and inspection methods

  • Proficiency in interpreting drawings, specifications, contracts, schematics, wiring diagrams, and performance specifications

  • Ability to analyze and resolve process issues ranging from basic to complex

  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Access

  • Effective written, oral, listening, presentation, and technical writing skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Military Standards 202, 883, 750

  • Familiarity with MIL-PRF 38534, 38535, 19500, 55342

  • Experience with components such as ICs, discrete semiconductors, resistors, capacitors, inductors, PWBs, and PWB assembly processing

  • Basic understanding of audit techniques

  • Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), and/or Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)

  • SAP application experience (QNOTES, etc.)

  • Advanced AS9100 interpretation and application skills

  • Experience with Product Development Process (PDP), Material Review Board (MRB), and machine shop/electronics manufacturing inspection

  • Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP) experience
