Position: As a Bilingual Compliance Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our compliance efforts, spearheading the efficient processing of certified payroll, meticulous management of compliance processes and documentation, and expert handling of filing and reporting requirements for government subcontractors and their Subcontractors. We're seeking a candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish, and exhibits an unwavering attention to detail and urgency. What You'll Do:

·         Certified Payroll and Compliance Management
·         Client Interaction and Communication
·         Data Management and Reporting
What You'll Bring:

·         Fluency in both English and Spanish is a PLUS.
·         1-2 years of experience in an entry-level accounting, finance, project management, compliance or related role is preferred and/or 1-2 years of experience in an entry-level compliance role highly preferred.
·         Strong mathematical  and management  skills.
·         Associate or bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
