Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist - Staff Operations Support to support a federal government client. Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award. Job Requirements Description: * Interfaces with the Joint Staff, DIA, the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE), Combatant Commands (CCMDs), subordinate service, and functional components in addition to USSPACECOM Chief of Staff and other joint directorates and divisions. * Coordinates supporting actions for all J2 staff initiatives and tasks. * Researches and assembles background information and summarizes material for J2 leadership use.

* Analyzes daily requirements to ensure critical information is available when required. * Works with the USSPACECOM staff to coordinate projects and issues for the J2. * Tracks progress toward the accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives for J2 leadership through TMT and other assigned applications such as SharePoint and email.

* Routinely advises the J2 Chief of Staff on progress on the status of staff actions. * Compiles daily packages for J2, Deputy J2, and Chief of Staff for review, signature, and staffing. After signatures are obtained from the Division leadership, the Contractor ensures action is completed and forwarded correctly to the appropriate office.

* Provides review and quality control of all staff packages and tasking deliverables to include formatting and edits for all taskers, internal or external. * Utilizes the web-based Task Management Tool (TMT) and other tools to control/review taskers on the NIPRnet and the SIPRnet and, when necessary, aid & training on the use of TMT to directorate TMT administrators and action officers. * Reviews products ensuring content is per governing rules, regulations, and instructions.

* Ensures that documents meet the required purpose. * All matters requiring immediate division- level attention are promptly highlighted to the staff and the division/deputy division chief. Desired Experience: * Minimum12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Education: * Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
