Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior-Level Intel Analyst/Operations Security (OPSEC) professional to join our team in Huntsville, AL, supporting intelligence-driven operational security efforts across test, evaluation, missile defense, space, and multi-domain programs. In this key position, you will apply deep expertise in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, and OPSEC program development to protect critical technologies, operations, facilities, and personnel supporting national security objectives.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and proactive engagement across diverse teams and missions. Youโ€™ll help shape and enforce intelligence-informed protective measures that reduce risk and strengthen mission resilience.

The ideal candidate is a US citizen with an active Secret clearance (and eligibility for Top Secret), experienced in strategic and tactical intelligence analysis, OPSEC planning, critical program information (CPI) protection, and supporting both government and contractor environments. Someone who thrives on learning new technologies, solving complex problems, and building secure procedures that advance national security missions.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Conduct Intelligence Analysis: Produce and present intel assessments focused on foreign capabilities, adversary intent, and threat vectors impacting government programs and customers.
  • Lead OPSEC Program Analysis: Analyze and maintain OPSEC program relevant information, including critical information identification, vulnerability assessments, and countermeasure development.
  • Perform Threat and Vulnerability Assessments: Analyze risks across physical, cyber, personnel, and operational domains; recommend mitigation strategies aligned with DoW, IC, and customer requirements.
  • Develop Briefings and Documentation: Create high-quality analytic products, OPSEC plans, reports, and presentations for leadership and government customers. Apply best practices in review, documentation, and secure marking, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards and government requirements.
  • Collaborate Across Technical Teams: Work closely with engineers, program managers, security officers, and integrators to ensure intelligence and OPSEC considerations are fully incorporated into operations and system lifecycles.
  • Innovate and Evolve: Explore and evaluate emerging technologies to continuously improve performance, scalability, and user functionality across mission sets.
  • Travel Requirements: Engage in minimum travel for purposes like onboarding, corporate training, and other essential corporate activities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Must have specialized United States Government (USG)/military training and education in intelligence analysis or a bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, Political Science, Homeland Security or a related field.
  • Experience: Must have at least 8 years of combined intelligence analysis and operational security experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable skills in analysis, data management, and software workflows. Must possess a strong understanding of intelligence analysis processes, operational security practices, and threat assessments.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication abilities are required to effectively document and discuss operational and technical concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Learning and Adaptability: A strong desire to learn, experiment with new technologies, and continuously stretch existing skills.
  • Security Clearance: Must have an Active Secret security clearance, with the eligibility to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Masterโ€™s Degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, Political Science, Homeland Security, or a related field and specialized USG/military training and education in intelligence analysis.
  • Specialized Experience: Intelligence Analysis/OPSEC experience supporting missile defense, space operations, advanced weapons programs, or advanced technology protection activities.
  • OPSEC Program Leadership: Prior responsibility for OPSEC training, assessments, or policy development at the organizational or program level.
  • Threat Tools & Sources: Working knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) reporting, Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) tradecraft, and adversary analysis.
