Strategic Ventures is currently recruiting an Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Quantico, VA supporting the USMC. The USMC Intelligence Analyst will work in the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Branch, Command Element Intelligence (CE-Intel) Division supporting the Program Manager Intelligence Systems, and Intelligence Specialists across the Marine Corps. The Intelligence Analyst will ensure Marine Corps Intelligence Surveillance & Reconnaissance Enterprise (MCISR-E) related capabilities are generated, tracked and prioritized within the Marine Corps Force Development system.


Responsibilities:

The Intelligence Analyst will:

· Assist in the determination and identification of MCISR-E Requirements and codify requirements into Joint Capabilities Integration Development Systems (JCIDS) and other requirements documentation

· Study and assess capabilities, capability gaps, mitigation strategies, funding, programmatic efforts and assist with subsequent Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions

· Assist the creation of Marine Corps Service-level concepts and associated products through the analysis of intelligence related doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and policy (DOTMLPF-P) implications

· Assist in the assignment and tracking of all intelligence related Program of Record (PoR) equipment items via the Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS)

· Assist in the preparation of letters and memoranda per applicable government directives and instructions

· Deliver presentations to support client meetings

· Present complex analyses to various stakeholders, to include government civilian and US military personnel

· Provide input to strategic level guidance documents

· Prepare staffing packages for O-6, 1-Star, and 3-Star review

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

· HS Diploma or equivalent

· Active TS/SCI Security clearance

· Ability to work full-time at the government worksite - MCB Quantico VA

· Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Experience with Marine Corps intelligence operations and policy

· Ability to communicate US Marine Corps (USMC) requirements in writing and presentations


Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in the Marine Corps 02-Intelligence occupational field with GCE experience

· Intelligence equipment related Acquisitions experience

· Understanding of information system hierarchy and data strategy
