Business Intelligence & Applications Manager

PMG Holding LLC

Allentown, PA • On-site

$110K - $130K/yr

Full-time

Re-posted 23 days ago

Job description

Pavement Maintenance Group (PMG) is the largest franchisee of the SealMaster® and GemSeal® brands, with operations spanning 31 locations including 8 manufacturing facilities nationwide. As we continue to grow, we are focused on strengthening our systems and workflows to bring structure, consistency, and automation to the data that drives the business. This role is a key part of that effort.
We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Applications Manager to own and evolve PMG's core business systems, with primary responsibility for NetSuite ERP and related applications. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who enjoys building structure in a growing organization-and who is comfortable operating in the space between finance, operations, and technology.
About the Role
This position sits at the intersection of Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Sales. You will be responsible for ensuring our systems are reliable, well-configured, and aligned with how the business actually operates. While reporting and analytics are important, this is not a traditional BI role focused only on dashboards. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of ERP process flows, manufacturing and distribution environments, and the discipline to turn imperfect data into usable, decision-ready information.
As PMG continues to mature, this role will evolve. You'll be expected to identify inefficiencies, system gaps, and opportunities for automation-helping the business move away from manual workarounds and toward scalable, well-documented solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and administer NetSuite ERP, including workflows, roles, permissions, and core modules (inventory, manufacturing, MRP/DRP, CRM, fixed assets, etc.)
  • Partner closely with Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and system-driven reporting
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, saved searches, and operational reporting
  • Manage NetSuite add-ons and integrations, including AP automation and approval workflows
  • Support and enhance Power BI dashboards and data connectivity
  • Identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvement, and practical AI use
  • Maintain data integrity across ERP and connected systems
  • Document system configurations, support users, and lead training efforts
  • Act as a trusted internal advisor to functional leaders across the organization

What We're Looking For
  • 8-10+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, or analytics in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment
  • Hands-on experience administering NetSuite (or a comparable ERP with direct ownership)
  • Strong understanding of how Finance, Operations, Sales, and Procurement intersect
  • Experience delivering reporting and insights that leadership actually uses
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance
  • High ownership, strong judgment, and comfort working with sensitive data
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
