Location: The Pricing Specialist position is located at our North American Headquarters in the AT&T (Batman) Building in downtown Nashville, TN. Job Purpose

This role is responsible for driving effective pricing strategy and market competitiveness by monitoring competitor pricing and market trends. It ensures proper MAP management and internal compliance in collaboration with external partners. The position analyzes internal sales data and competitive insights to recommend official list prices and optimize pricing structures at the SKU level. It supports accurate and timely pricing adjustments while maintaining thorough documentation of pricing activities. Additionally, the role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that align pricing decisions with broader Marketing and Sales objectives.

Key Accountabilities

Price Management

  • Monitor competitor pricing across the market to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
  • Manage MAP (Minimum Advertised Price), including setup and adjustments to price structures at the SKU level.
  • Manage internal MAP compliance rates in collaboration with a third-party agency.
  • Analyze internal sales data and market trends to recommend official list prices and pricing strategies for products.
  • Analyze competitor Price lists and provide analytical insights to Key Stakeholders
  • Support pricing adjustments by understanding internal pricing structures, collaborating with stakeholders, and executing changes with accuracy and in a timely manner.           
  • Maintain documentation of competitive intelligence findings and pricing actions for reporting and future reference.
  • Collaborate with the pricing manager and other stakeholders to provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions and support alignment with broader Marketing and Sales initiatives.

  • Previous SAP experience preferred
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
  • Experience with pricing software or competitive intelligence tools is a plus
