As the Seed Rep Growth Manager, you’ll help shape how we recruit, onboard, develop, and support Seed Reps by partnering closely with Commercial Leadership and field sales teams to build scalable recruiting strategies, improve territory planning, and create consistent development tools and processes. This role combines agricultural sales knowledge, talent strategy, market intelligence, and sales enablement to help ensure Seed Reps are positioned for long-term success.

Check out everything we have to offer at WORK AT WYFFELS. Your EnvironmentThis is a remote-based role that includes regular travel throughout assigned territories, with a mix of office work, field visits, grower meetings, recruiting activities, industry events, and collaboration with sales and commercial teams. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business while staying connected to the realities of the field and the evolving needs of our Seed Rep network. Qualifications/What You BringEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field required. A minimum of 7 years of experience in agriculture sales, channel development, recruiting, sales enablement, or commercial strategy is preferred.

Seed industry experience strongly preferred.Location: Must live within or near the assigned territory and be willing to travel regularly throughout the region to support recruiting, onboarding, and Seed Rep development activities.Skills & Abilities: Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales leadership and commercial teams. Proven ability to manage recruiting processes, analyze funnel and performance data, and turn insights into practical action plans. Strong organization, follow-through, and comfort operating in a highly collaborative, field-focused environment.Knowledge: Deep understanding of agricultural sales cycles, Seed Rep/dealer channel models, territory strategy, and seed industry recruiting dynamics.
