Key Exciting Responsibilities

Serve as a dedicated consultative advisor to People eXperience business partners and leaders, delivering tailored compensation solutions and driving seamless rewards integration during mergers and acquisitions.

Lead the strategic and equitable allocation of budgets during annual merit and equity cycles for your assigned global client groups.

Design and deliver impactful training sessions, toolkits, and communications that empower managers to host confident, transparent compensation conversations.

Architect and maintain job descriptions, job families, and career ladders to accurately reflect and support the evolving structural needs of the organization.

Analyze global salary surveys, macroeconomic shifts, and market intelligence to formulate data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for leadership.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven human resources experience with a strong specialized focus on compensation consulting, HR business partnering, or total rewards advisory.

Exceptional consultative and storytelling skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex financial and compensation data into compelling narratives for business leaders.

Advanced analytical aptitude and data proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and enterprise HRIS systems like Workday to execute market pricing and financial modeling.

Foundational knowledge of regulatory compliance, including FLSA classifications, pay equity methodologies, and global pay transparency legislation.

Strong project management background with a track record of leading multi-layered initiatives from inception to global execution within fluid environments.

Bonus Points For

CCP, PHR, or SPHR certification. Experience managing global compensation programs. Background in sales compensation design and administration. Advanced hands-on experience with Workday.
