We are seeking a strategic, values-driven Total Rewards leader who brings both analytical rigor and a service-oriented mindset to the design, delivery, and evolution of our compensation, benefits, and retirement programs. This role will play a critical part in advancing our People strategy by building scalable, compliant, and market-competitive rewards programs that support our global initiatives.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support strategy, design, and execution of total rewards programs (compensation, benefits, retirement) with a focus on global initiatives
- Partner with the Health & Wellness team on the annual administration of benefits open enrollment, ongoing new employee benefits enrollment, annual audits
- Responsible for compliance with current and future laws in the area of compensation and benefits (including FLSA, ERISA, and ACA) in partnership with the legal team
- Handle associate and leadership total reward inquiries and concerns to ensure quick, equitable, and courteous resolution
- Build and deploy tools including dashboards and reports to inform and support total rewards decision-making
- Manage vendor/partner relationships across benefits, retirement, compensation
- Develop and maintain a dynamic job architecture structure, including the design and communication of pay structures and guidelines
- Participate in compensation surveys and conduct research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compliance requirements
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 5 or more years of experience in total rewards (compensation and health/retirement benefits)
- Experience working with outside consultants and vendor partners and leading key projects
- Experience administering global benefits plans preferred
- Strong financial, analytical, and quantitative skills; ability to articulate a story with data and the organization of the output for key findings
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to train and articulate programs in a simplistic manner
- Excellent command of Excel, Canva, Google Suite, benefit administration platforms, Oracle, CompAnalyst
- Natural curiosity and a desire to review best practices in Rewards and Wellness
