Job 19049: Legal Secretary


Established mid-sized law firm is hiring a Legal Secretary to join its midtown Manhattan team.


The ideal candidate is an efficient and versatile professional with:

• 10+ years of legal administrative/secretarial experience

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, required

• Elite 3E and iManage proficiency, a plus

• The ability to support multiple attorneys at once and prioritize workload

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills


The Legal Secretary will:

• Handle administrative tasks including meeting preparations, calendar management, answering phones and greeting visitors

• Open new matters

• Document preparation and management

• Handle client billing and attorney time entries

• Assist with additional tasks, as needed


Additional information:

• Salary: $90K - $95K (non-exempt) commensurate with experience + benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, PTO, 401K and more

• Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Hybrid schedule: 4 days/week in office, 1 day/week remote after probationary period
