We are looking for a motivated Property Manager who takes pride in creating safe, well-maintained communities and providing excellent service to residents.

Whether you have prior property management experience or are looking to grow into the industry, we provide training, support, and opportunities for advancement.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned communities
  • Manage leasing activities, including applications, move-ins, recertifications, and renewals
  • Build positive relationships with residents and address concerns professionally
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Conduct property inspections and maintain community standards
  • Ensure compliance with affordable housing program requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and resident files
  • Work independently while collaborating with regional management and support staff
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
