SCHEDULE, LOCATION AND COMPENSATION:
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, daytime hours
  • On-call availability required
  • Location: HQ in St Paul, MN
  • Pay: $60,000 -$70,000
  • $60,000 - Meet minimum qualifications
  • $65,000 - Meet minimum qualifications + 3 years of experience in the field
  • $70,000 - Meet Designated Manager qualifications per 245D + 5 years of experience in the field, and have experience leading a department

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3 years of supervisory experience in a professional setting
  • At least 1-year experience working in a 245D licensed role or program
  • Meet the qualifications of a designated manager under 245D (preferred)
  • Must be able to pass a Department of Human Services background check
  • Valid Driver's License, access to a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance

In this role, you will be providing strategic leadership and operational oversight of our Go Supportive team at our HQ in St Paul. Our team provides 24/7 in-person and phone support to individuals living with mental illness and disabilities. The goal of this service is to reduce hospitalizations and the need for emergency services by helping clients process their emotions and overcome challenges in their lives.
