We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who knows how to turn relationships into revenue, ideas into strategy, and opportunities into long-term growth. If you're equal parts strategist and closer-and excited by the travel industry-this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You'll Do Drive Revenue & Growth
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and growing accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and execute scalable growth strategies
  • Expand Project Expedition's footprint within the travel advisor ecosystem
Build & Strengthen Partnerships
  • Develop meaningful relationships with travel advisors, agencies, and partners
  • Grow and retain a high-value portfolio of accounts
  • Increase partner engagement and long-term success
Own Key Accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for top partners
  • Manage escalations, solve challenges, and deliver exceptional service
  • Ensure partners are maximizing platform value
Enable Partner Success
  • Support onboarding and training for new advisors
  • Provide insights, tools, and guidance to drive partner performance
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
  • Partner with Product, Support, and internal teams to enhance the user experience
  • Advocate for client needs and contribute to product improvements
Represent the Brand
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (~1 week/month travel)
  • Act as a brand ambassador within the travel community
What You Bring
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and close deals
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements

Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual Bonus: Up to $3,000 based on company performance
