Job Title: Application Development Program Manager

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid โ€“ 3 days onsite)
Duration: 12โ€“18 Months Contract

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Development Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives. This role focuses on managing end-to-end delivery of application development programs while aligning technical execution with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience working in Agile environments, partnering closely with engineering and product teams, and delivering complex programs in enterprise settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for application development initiatives
  • Align program execution with business goals and technical strategy
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional Agile teams
  • Drive Agile best practices including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders on scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; implement mitigation strategies
  • Track and report program performance, milestones, and KPIs to senior leadership
  • Support continuous improvement of development processes and delivery frameworks

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager in application development environments
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional technology programs
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
  • Experience working closely with engineering and product teams
  • Active LinkedIn profile (required for submission)
