We’re looking for a self-motivated, energetic, highly organized individual who is passionate

about making a genuine difference in the Phoenix metro area. Our mobile app directs

people in need to FREE services in the area. We also provide a resume builder and videos

that help people find and secure better employment. The Community Development

Director reports directly to the Board of Directors.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

The position requires an exceptional leader who can operate at the highest levels while

remaining connected to the mission. A community leader and institution builder who can

build something meaningful from the ground up. A mission driven and collaborative

strategist who can balance vision, execution, and accountability.


The Community Development Director is responsible for establishing and implementing

the following strategies:

• Fundraising goals for the Phoenix Metro Area.

• Key relationships with community leaders and donors.

• Vision, direction, and operational oversight of our outreach efforts.

• Developing and empowering the Community Outreach Manager.


QUALIFICATIONS:

The position requires an exceptional leader who can operate at the highest levels while

remaining connected to the mission.

• Demonstrated leadership with a track record of building, scaling, and transforming

organizations, institutions, or major initiatives.

• A track record of achieving measurable outcomes in challenging environments.

• Demonstrated success in fundraising, revenue generation, or resource

development.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence and inspire

diverse audiences.


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Senior leadership experience in nonprofit management and/or social enterprises.

• Successful grand development, major donor cultivation, or capital campaign

leadership.
