Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Community Associate to help us scale and support our community of Venture Capitalists. With the support of the Decile Group team, you will help oversee 1000s of venture capital managers across several communities . The ideal candidate will have community management experience in a startup accelerator program or equivalent.

Decile Group provides a fast-paced startup environment, where everyone has the opportunity to help with everything. You will have an opportunity to experience every facet of venture capital. This is a unique opportunity to apply your experience in a hyper growth startup at the ground floor.

The Community Associate responsibilities include:
  • Organize and manage community communications 
  • Help with organizing events for the community
  • Manage and moderate community discussions, respond to inquiries, and foster positive interactions to enhance member retention and satisfaction
  • Plan, promote, and host virtual and in-person events, webinars, and AMAs
  • Monitor industry trends in venture capital and community management to keep our community at the forefront of innovation
  • Manage all stakeholders including participants, mentors etc..
  • Help provide support on Slack and various other channels
What You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, social media, or related roles, preferably in fintech, VC, or startup ecosystems
  • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and creating inclusive, engaging content
  • Previous experience with accelerator operations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and analytical nature
  • A strong personal interest in Venture Capital
