Responsibilities
โ†’ Manage the front desk and welcoming guests
โ†’ Receive and route incoming calls
โ†’ Receive and distribute mail
โ†’ Assist with a variety of company projects
โ†’ Office supply / kitchen inventory tracking and replenishment
โ†’ Assist our community of entrepreneurs with a variety of office related tasks

Qualifications
โ†’ You currently reside in Boston
โ†’ Your schedule must be very flexible
โ†’ Have the ability to work early mornings (8-12pm) or late night events (5-9pm)
โ†’ You're upbeat & resourceful; solving problems before they arise
โ†’ Highly proficient in Google Apps & Microsoft Office Suite
โ†’ Previous experience managing projects a plus
โ†’ Previous office work or customer service experience preferred
โ†’ BA/BS or equivalent experience
โ†’ Must be authorized to work in the United States
