This position is for a hands-on practitioner who can simplify the complex, influence stakeholders, and execute with precision. You will play a vital role in uncovering powerful consumer insights, shaping customer decision journeys, and ensuring every marketing dollar works harder to deliver tangible results. If you're passionate about solving complex marketing challenges, distilling them into simple, inspiring narratives, and driving real-world impact, this is your opportunity to make a significant contribution.
What You'll Do:
  • Support Strategic Transformation: Contribute to the evolution of our strategic offerings, helping to ensure marketing acts as a powerful growth engine for our clients and the agency.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Align strategy with cross-functional teams (creative, media, analytics, technology) and communicate complex strategic recommendations in simple, compelling narratives for internal and external audiences.
  • Contribute to New Business & Thought Leadership: Assist in elevating our strategic value proposition in new business pitches and support the creation of original research, whitepapers, and presentations that set industry standards.
  • Uncover & Apply Insights: Collaborate with Decision Sciences and Audience Intelligence to identify high-value customer segments, map customer decision journeys, and define unifying brand ideas that guide omnichannel engagement.
  • Ensure Executional Excellence: Support consistency and quality across all strategy-led initiatives, monitor adherence to strategic frameworks, and contribute to a continuous learning culture that optimizes strategy effectiveness in real-time.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Maintain high-impact relationships with key platform partners (Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, healthcare data providers), translating innovations into strategic advantages for our clients.

What You'll Bring:
  • Experience: 7-8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, media planning, digital strategy, or a related field, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly regulated industries.
  • Strategic Acumen: A proven track record of contributing to and supporting the development of commercially-driven, outcome-focused strategies that deliver measurable business results.
  • Omnichannel & Digital Expertise: Hands-on experience across paid, owned, and earned media, eCommerce, programmatic, and emerging technologies, with a deep understanding of marketing technology.
  • Data Literacy & Analytics: Ability to interpret complex data sets and transform them into actionable marketing strategies, including familiarity with AI-driven insights and attribution modeling.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives.
  • Customer Journey & Behavioral Science: Deep understanding of customer journeys and behavioral science.
  • Agility & Experimentation: A mindset of continuous learning, testing, and refining strategies based on performance signals.
  • Multi-Disciplinary Knowledge: Experience working across at least two or more marketing disciplines (e.g., omnichannel media, brand strategy, performance marketing, analytics, content strategy).
