About the Role
Our client is seeking an experiencedInternal Communications Managerto support the rollout of itsPRIME Culture Framework. This is a high-impact, highly visible contract opportunity for a communications professional who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed organizations and has a strong background in change management and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy supporting all phases of the PRIME Culture Framework rolloutfrom awareness and activation through long-term adoption.
  • Create compelling content across multiple communication channels, including SharePoint, intranet, email campaigns, leadership messaging, video scripts, digital signage, and employee communications.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Marketing, SharePoint owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and successful execution.
  • Draft executive communications, including leadership talking points, Q&A documents, presentations, and town hall materials.
  • Equip managers and senior leaders with communication toolkits, messaging guides, and resources to effectively communicate organizational initiatives.
  • Build and activate an internal champions network to increase employee engagement and drive culture adoption.
  • Utilize employee rewards and recognition platforms to reinforce key behaviors and support culture initiatives.
  • Monitor communication effectiveness through engagement metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations to the VP of Corporate Communications.
  • Identify communication gaps, risks, and opportunities throughout the transformation journey and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of5+ yearsof experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or change communications.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale organizational change, transformation, or culture initiatives.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple communication formats, including leadership communications and digital content.
  • Experience developing communication toolkits, manager resources, and executive messaging.
  • Demonstrated success building or managing employee ambassador/champion programs.
  • Experience leveraging employee recognition and engagement platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across HR, Marketing, Corporate Communications, and senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularlySharePoint.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience presenting to and advising senior leadership on communication strategies.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with employee engagement frameworks or organizational culture transformation programs.
  • Background in change management communications.
  • B2B industry experience is a plus.

  • Strong experience inchange management and change communicationswithin complex, global organizations is required.
  • Candidates fromEngineering, Technology, Manufacturing, Industrial, Healthcare, or Life Sciencesindustries are encouraged to apply.
  • FMCG industry experience is not preferred.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders or advising international leadership teams is highly desirable.
