ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing communications plans that support brand growth, demand generation, and customer retention across target segments.
  • Manage brand voice and messaging consistency amongst all channels — including digital, print, social media, email, and PR.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content such as press releases, newsletters, website copy, case studies, and sales collateral.
  • Develop technical and commercial content such as product spec sheets, tech bulletins, white papers, AIA/CEU presentations and more.
  • Lead campaign planning, media strategy and creative execution from concept through measurement and reporting.
  • Establish campaign KPIs, monitor, analyze and optimize based on performance data.
  • Develop and coordinate trade show strategy and manage resources to ensure successful participation in industry events.
  • Own and manage the brand's B2B website as a primary lead generation and specification resource – overseeing UX enhancements, content strategy, product page updates, analytics and more.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Seek co-marketing opportunities to build relationships with customers that enable successful growth outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media contacts.
  • Manage the marketing communications budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related Business degree.
  • 5+ years of related marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content strategy.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience leading cross-functional corporate teams and managing agency and other external relationships.
