Position Overview

The Communication Desk Assistant II provides administrative and coordination support for safety communications, presentations, and outreach initiatives. This role supports event scheduling, maintains communication logs and metrics, manages customer surveys, and ensures smooth day-to-day communication operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.


Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination & Scheduling
  • Coordinate and schedule safety presentations and related events
  • Maintain detailed event logs and tracking metrics
  • Support program reporting and performance tracking
Communication Monitoring
  • Monitor communication channels including:
    • Email
    • Phone
    • Online service requests
  • Respond to inquiries or route requests appropriately
Documentation & Reporting
  • Create and manage:
    • Documents
    • Spreadsheets
    • Presentations
  • Record and compile customer survey data
  • Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems
