  • 1+ years of experience in creator partnerships, talent coordination, influencer marketing, video development, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy and social media ecosystems, with the ability to assess creator-brand fit across platforms
  • Experience sourcing and evaluating digital creators and influencers across varying audience sizes and content categories
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with creators, agents, managers, and internal teams
  • Familiarity with creator contracts, usage rights, deliverables, and talent deal structures
  • Ability to analyze creator performance metrics, platform trends, and market insights to inform recommendations
  • Experience creating presentations, talent decks, and development materials is preferred
  • Familiarity with creator management platforms such as CreatorIQ, Grin, or similar tools is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • This position is based in New York and requires working in the office 4 days per week
