This includes partnering with manufacturers, marketplaces, and automotive service providers to enable member discounts, warranties, and ancillary products that enhance the end-to-end automotive experience.
On the Insurance side, these roles will lead insurance distribution partnerships across personal and commercial lines, emphasizing channel strategy and external enablement rather than direct product ownership. Responsibilities include developing partnerships that extend access to insurance products through third-party platforms, serving as market experts, and strengthening distribution through scalable, partner-led models.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Insights
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to align partnerships with program strategy.
  • Deliver insights, research findings, and opportunity assessments to senior leadership, aligning with USAA practices for informing strategy through compelling presentations.

Success in these roles requires strong partnership development skills, comfort operating externally in the market, and the ability to balance strategic vision with execution across multiple product lines.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Chesapeake, VA, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, or Tampa, FL.

  • Facilitate seminars and conferences to educate prospect groups on the value and benefits of USAA membership and its product lines.
  • Maximize regional exposure to increase opportunities to provide USAA (or USAAEF) services in communities where USAA (or USAA EF) does not have a physical presence.
  • Influence the strategic activities/directions that lead to increased business development opportunities in their assigned territory.
  • Participate in team and cross functional projects as assigned by the Director.
