We are currently seeking a Trading Specialist. This position will be based out of our Dallas, TX or St. Cloud, MN office.
What you will do:
• Complete various administrative requests from field representatives, such as trade corrections and mutual fund conversions.
• Complete information requests from external agencies.
• Support the Trading Desk in servicing clients
• Explains trading procedures to reps and other customers, answers questions and provides quotes
• Researches and resolves issues in trading area
• Ensures that all trades meet internal and external compliance standards
What you will have:
• Organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and general databases
• The desire to expand your knowledge of equity trading as this would be a prerequisite position for the licensed Trader position
Compensation: The base annual salary range for this role is $43,000 to $72,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
