The Role

Armis Security is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on one of our core products and is crucial for driving technical sales and pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales or as a Sales Engineer, with a deep understanding and passion for vulnerability solutions and remediation. You'll wear many hats in this role, quickly growing into a commercially-focussed SME for the offering.

What you will do:

  • Act as a technical overlay specialist for Application Security in the sales process. Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose solutions that effectively demonstrate the value.
  • Lead and support pre-sales activities including technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution scoping. Work closely with prospects to understand their technical challenges and requirements.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Application Security and related vulnerability and remediation technologies. Articulate the technical benefits and competitive advantages of Application Security to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Engage with prospects and customers to build strong relationships and understand their pain points. Provide expert guidance on how Application Security can address their specific vulnerability management needs.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback from the field and influence the product roadmap. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer success.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in vulnerability management and remediation.

What we expect:

  • 7+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, SME overlay, or similar technical sales role within the cybersecurity industry.
  • A clear track record of success against targets and quota at similar or adjacent scaling Cyber security companies.
  • Strong understanding of vulnerability management solutions is essential. Experience with Application Security or similar competing products (inferior of course), is highly preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and build relationships based on trust and credibility.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and the impact of proactive remediation strategies.

The salary range guidance for this position is: $130,000-$160,000. The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation or benefits (i.e. bonuses, commissions, stocks, health insurance benefits, etc.) offered to candidates.
