Job description

At Your Service is a special division of Go Rentals, the only automobile rental company catering to the private aviation industry and 5-star resort properties. The At Your Service team is often the first point of contact for guests and partners alike, thus we are seeking only the best and brightest to fill this role. This is a call center, telephone-based guest services position (based in our Newport Beach, CA office, not remote). The right person will assist our supporting the needs of our location employees, partners and guests nationwide. This includes, but is not limited to, making reservations, sales/upgrading, creating solutions when guests issues arise, and accommodating different types of guests and rental requests. This individual is accountable for fulfilling department sales goals and service standards, and profitability goals. 

This is an hourly position ($23/hr.), with the addition of commissions and bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Grows and expands At Your Service base of business by building and maintaining rapport with key contacts, identifying new opportunities, delivering exemplary service, driving sales.
  • Anchors the Call Center and responds to all inquiries, book reservations in concert with field locations, provide service execution for reservations booked.
  • Ensures every guest has an exceptional experience as it relates to Go Rentals.
  • Answers incoming guest telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Follow-up with leads by calling and emailing guests throughout the day. Is solution-oriented
  • Understands and communicates information regarding Go Rentals products, services, and policies to new and existing clients.
  • Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of our fleet.

Must have a Valid Unrestricted Driver's License
Must have one to two years of driving experience and be insurable
Must be 21 years of age or older (Not Montana or Hawaii)
Experience in Sales and Customer Service. Hospitality or Aviation industry experience preferred
Excellent Communication Skills
Previous Tele-Sales and/or Guest Relations Experience strongly preferred
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent. College degree preferred
This job requires working evenings and weekends when needed. Shifts may cover any period between 05:00 am PST until 22:00 PST

*Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and Hotel Partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols.
