About the Position

The company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to support customers throughout the aggregate and mining industry. This role combines technical expertise, consultative selling, and field-based customer support.

  • Manage territory opportunities, customer development plans, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with equipment operators, maintenance personnel, plant managers, and ownership teams.

Travel Expectations

  • Approximately 50% travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Typical schedule includes 23 overnight stays per week.
